Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls are also great for sandwiches.  They freeze well. And keep longer than store bought bread.  Dinner Rolls are one of my favorites.

*Dinner rolls come baked, but frozen. They do not come sliced.

* I do need a 2 week notice to orders over 5 dozen.

Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Roll with White Frosting.

 

Cinnamon Roll with Carmel Frosting.

Carmel Frosting is made with brown sugar, with a touch of burnt sugar flavoring.

 

As always, my products come fully baked, but frozen.  I freeze the rolls at their freshest point to give you that out of the oven taste.  Having guests (or just for you:), just take straight from freezer and put in microwave for a warm, taste fresh, just like grandma's roll.  You may also remove all labels and pretend you made them:)

 

*Best if reheated on a defrost setting in microwave, so frosting doesn't melt before the inside of the roll in warm.  I do 25 sec. at power level 3 unwrapped.  If you are going to let them set out to thaw, remove packaging when still frozen, so frosting doesn't stick to plastic.

  Soft mint cookie with Andes mint chips.

Not sure I need to explain...just chewy, soft, and yummy.

 

Sugar Cookies

Melt in your mouth sugar cookies. Also soft and yummy. (if you haven't figure it out I like soft cookies:) Also this is my first attempt of frosting the sugar cookies. (they are really good just plain)

Choose any color frosting!!  And, no I don't do decorative cookies (you wouldn't want me to;)

Maple Twist

For those of you who are wondering what a " Maple Twist" is.......

(sorry, photography is not my thing:)

 

Maple Twist are for maple lovers. They have maple in the dough, filling, and frosting! These are not in a roll (like a regular cinnamon roll) but in a twisted log. One tray has 4 logs.  They may be cut in 1/2 or 1/3 or you can just eat the whole thing:)
